Heidrun Gilde
I have 25 years experience working as an organisational and management consultant in Europe, Latin America and Asia. In the process I have trained diverse individuals, teams and firms. By working in intercultural contexts I have learned to look at reality through different types of lenses and see cultural differences as opportunities, not obstacles.
After leading projects on democratisation, civil participation and youth work for several years, in 2005 I opened my own consulting agency in Hamburg. My working languages are German, English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
I have a background in a variety of approaches, with multi-year advanced training at the SySt Institute in Munich (under the supervision of Matthias Varga von Kibed and Insa Sparrer) and at the Institute for Consultancy and Supervision (IBS) in Aachen. I have also completed a two-year in-house training program on organisational development at COMO Consulting in Hamburg. My degrees are in geography, human resource development, and systemic supervision.
I have published on supervision and constellation work, human resource development for impatriates in Germany, youth politics in Guatemala and participatory appraisal.
