Since more than 20 years I have been moderating international symposia, workshops and meetings with large as well as small groups, senior management and employees from organisations of all sectors, business, public service and civil society.

It should be every moderator’s objective to set a framework within which all participants can deploy their creativity with the goal of collaboratively elaborating results that are supported by everyone. It is not just techniques and tools, but rather personal contact and mutual trust that guarantee the success of an event.

Education of moderators

I seek to also pass on my own experiences and to disseminate a method that supports horizontal exchange and broad participation. Many people that I have initially trained and then accompanied in their application of the moderation training now successfully moderate workshops and conferences in their own fields of activity.
